Bhattha, Chappara & Kalasha Muhurta Photos

As precursor to the Udupi Shri Palimaru Matha Paryaya, the final muhurta which is the bhatha muhurtha was conducted on 07.12.2017. The rituals were conducted under the headship of the priest of the matha – Herga Vedavyasa Bhat.

As a part of the upcoming Shri Palimaru Matha Paryayotsava which is to take place on 18.01.2018, the chappara muhurta was held in the vicinity of the Rajaangana.  On this occasion, the diwan of the Matha Vedavyasa Tantri, the priest of the Matha Herga Vedavyasa Bhat, the diwan of paryaya Pejavara Matha Raghurama Acharya, the diwan of Adamaru Matha Venkataramana Muchintya, the priest of the Kateelu Temple Harinarayana Asranna, Kamaladevi Asranna, President of the Swagatha Samiti Balaji Raghavendra Acharya, General Secretary of the Samiti Muttu Lakshminaraya Rao, Padmanabha Bhat, Treasurer Ramesh Rao Beedu, Joint Secretary Vishnuprasad Padigar and the office bearers of the Samiti were present.
